Project: Logo, Brand Identity & Packaging Design for Wild and Kind Flower Co.

The Brief:

Project: Logo, Brand Identity & Packaging Design for Wild and Kind Flower Co.

Wild and Kind Flower Co. is an independent, UK based, eco-conscious letterbox flower company delivering beautifully curated blooms through the post. Rooted in sustainability and community.

Their flowers are joyful, colourful, and thoughtfully sourced. The brand should feel natural and kind, but also bold, modern, and different from traditional florists.

Project Objectives

To create a vibrant, recognisable brand and packaging system that:

  • Clearly communicates flowers, sustainability, and purpose

  • Feels colourful, optimistic, and contemporary

  • Stands out from muted, traditional floral brands

  • Appeals to eco-conscious, design-led customers

  • Works seamlessly across print, packaging, and digital platforms

Key words: Joyful Ethical Creative Warm Modern Uplifting

Visual Style Direction

The identity should be:

  • Colourful, expressive, and contemporary

  • Clearly floral, but not traditional or delicate

  • Eco-inspired, but not rustic or “crafty”

Design cues:

  • Abstract or illustrative floral elements

  • Organic shapes and hand-drawn textures

  • Strong, friendly typography

  • Layered graphics and playful layouts

  • Avoid clichés: no pastel-only palettes, generic roses, or vintage floral styles

My Approach

I wanted to create a hand-drawn, fun and friendly feel. Illustrations and patterns were created to accompany a logo suite that feels fun and memorable.

Typography is deliberately playful and the colour palette is bold meeting the client’s request for a non-traditional florals approach.
